Terms and Conditions

1. Coaching Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services provided by Nasrin Davis through this website.
The coaching services currently offered are:
• Executive Coaching – four sessions
• Personal Coaching – four sessions
• Student Coaching – four sessions
Coaching is provided according to the individual needs and objectives of the client. Sessions are normally provided online unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The initial coaching session is provided free of charge and without obligation. It allows the client and coach to determine whether the coaching relationship is appropriate and whether the client wishes to continue. The client is under no obligation to purchase a package or book further sessions following the complimentary session.
2. Coaching Options and Fees
Following the complimentary initial coaching session, clients may choose to continue either by purchasing a four-session coaching package or by booking individual coaching sessions.
Standard four-session package prices:
• Executive Coaching: €650
• Personal Coaching: €520
• Student Coaching: €320
Promotional package prices may be offered for specific periods and under specific conditions:
• Executive Coaching: €599 for four sessions
• Personal Coaching: €485 for four sessions
• Student Coaching: €280 for four sessions
Promotional prices are valid only during the promotional period stated by the coach or on the website and are subject to the conditions communicated with the relevant offer.
Clients who prefer not to purchase a four-session package may book individual sessions at the following rates:
• Executive Coaching: €170 per session
• Personal Coaching: €150 per session
• Student Coaching: €100 per session
Individual sessions are payable on a session-by-session basis and are not subject to the three-month validity period applicable to packages.
3. Payment
For a coaching package, payment in full is due after the complimentary initial session and once the client has confirmed their decision to continue with the coaching programme.
An individual coaching session is considered confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Payment must be received before the scheduled session begins. If payment has not been received before the scheduled start time, the coach reserves the right to cancel or postpone the session and the coaching session will not take place.
The coaching fee stated on the website represents the fee payable for the coaching service. Any fees charged by a bank, PayPal, or another payment provider in connection with the client's chosen payment method are the client's responsibility. Clients must ensure that the full coaching fee stated by the coach is received by the coach.
4. Coaching Package Validity and Refunds
A four-session coaching package must be used within three months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will expire unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed with the coach in advance.
Once a coaching package has been purchased, the package is non-refundable, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under Portuguese or European Union law.
The complimentary initial coaching session is provided before the purchase of a package and gives the client an opportunity to decide whether to continue with the coach.
5. Scheduling, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled at mutually convenient times between the client and coach.
Clients who need to reschedule a session must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, may be considered used and will not be rescheduled or refunded, except where exceptional circumstances apply at the coach's discretion.
If the coach needs to reschedule a session, the client will be offered an alternative appointment at a mutually convenient time.
6. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional and personal development service. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
The client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. No specific personal, professional, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed.
7. Confidentiality
Information shared by a client during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where the client has expressly authorised disclosure.
8. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate information relevant to the coaching process and for participating actively in the sessions.
The effectiveness of coaching depends in part on the client's participation, openness, and willingness to consider and implement actions discussed during the coaching process.
9. Intellectual Property
Any coaching materials, exercises, frameworks, documents, assessments, presentations, or other materials provided by Nasrin Davis remain the intellectual property of Nasrin Davis unless otherwise stated.
Such materials are provided for the client's personal or professional development and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided by clients will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and the website's Privacy Policy. Clients are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for information about how their personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
11. Changes to the Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to a client's purchase will generally be the version available at the time the coaching service is booked, except where changes are required by law or otherwise apply to an existing contractual relationship.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under applicable Portuguese or European Union law.
Where applicable, statutory rules concerning distance contracts, withdrawal rights, the commencement of services during a withdrawal period, refunds, and other consumer protections will apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to clients under the law of their country of residence.
